Westfall HS and MS Athletic Events this week
Due to extreme wind chill temperatures in the forecast, Westfall Local Schools will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, January 20, 2026. As a result, there will be no AM preschool.
We’re excited to welcome Attaboy, an indie-pop band with a positive message, to Westfall on Wednesday, January 21! They will perform for our students during a morning assembly, and later that evening, they will host a free concert for our community at 7:00 PM in the high school auditorium.
To ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families, and to allow for additional cleanup on many of our district roads, Westfall Local Schools will be CLOSED today, Thursday, January 15, 2026.

Westfall MS Athletics for the week
Westfall Athletics will be giving away FREE T-SHIRTS to the first 30 Westfall students at tonight’s Boys Basketball game in the Dome. JV tips off at 6:00 PM! Come and get a free shirt and cheer on the Mustangs!

Our seventh-graders will participate in a COSI-led workforce development program, COSI Roadshow, on Tuesday, January 20.
During this two-hour experience, students will meet local businesses, explore careers in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) and related fields using VR headsets, and participate in hands-on activities. We're looking forward to this exciting and unique experience for our students!

Congratulations to our 8th-grade students who recently participated in the Columbus Blue Jackets Book Jackets reading challenge, logging an impressive 5,592 minutes of reading over four weeks. The Book Jackets program, presented by Ohio’s 529 Plan, encourages students in grades K–8 to build strong reading habits through Blue Jackets–themed incentives, including free game tickets and merchandise. The story follows a group of travelers stranded in a community center during a Christmas Eve blizzard. From a drama teacher with a bus full of students to a couple racing to get married and a sheriff trying to keep order, each character brings humor and heart to this serendipitous holiday adventure.
Performances will be held on Saturday, December 20, at 7:00 PM and Sunday, December 21, at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $5 each and on sale now at the link below or at the door. We hope you’ll join us for a festive and entertaining show!
