The WHS Drama Class is excited to present "Closed for the Holidays," a comedy by Flip Kobler and Cindy Marcus.
The story follows a group of travelers stranded in a community center during a Christmas Eve blizzard. From a drama teacher with a bus full of students to a couple racing to get married and a sheriff trying to keep order, each character brings humor and heart to this serendipitous holiday adventure.

Our Mustang wrestlers took to the mat this afternoon to compete against the Teays Valley Vikings, hosting a wrestling tournament for the entire student body!
The students in Mr. Bullock’s 8th-grade science classes were practicing lab safety and familiarizing themselves with Bunsen Burners today. They were measuring how quickly water warms up and cools off to explore the effects of climate change.

REMINDER: Westfall Local Schools will have a 2-hour early release for students on Friday, December 19, to begin winter break.
Students will be released at the following times:

To ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families, and to allow for additional cleanup on many of our district roads, Westfall Local Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, December 17, 2025. As a result, there will be no AM Preschool. Please note that Westfall Elementary’s Student of the Month Breakfast will be held at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Mathewson’s 8th-grade social studies classes welcomed a special guest today—Kevin Driesbach, President of the Camp Charlotte Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. Mr. Driesbach shared the mission of the organization, which honors Revolutionary War patriots by promoting patriotism, serving communities, and inspiring future generations through education about the nation’s founding principles.
Students had the opportunity to see authentic uniforms and gear up close, bringing history to life in the classroom. It offered a glimpse into our country’s early stories while connecting the experiences of patriots to our Pickaway County community. Thank you, Mr. Driesbach, for sharing your knowledge with us!
