Sports Physical - The first image is a promotional flyer titled Sports Physical Schedule for May 2026 from OhioHealth Sports Medicine. The top of the flyer features a dark blue header with the title and the note that appointments are required. Below the header, the left side of the page lists seven different OhioHealth locations across Ohio, including Marion, Circleville, Kenton, Ontario, Canal Winchester, Westerville, and Dublin. Each entry provides the specific date in May, the time window (typically in the evening between 5:00 PM and 7:50 PM), and the full street address. The right side of the flyer contains a tan sidebar with scheduling and arrival details. It includes a large QR code and a "Sign up Here" link for registration. Three key instructions are highlighted: patients must remain in their cars until their scheduled time, they must bring a completed and signed physical form to receive an exam, and they should be aware that facilities are still operating for normal patient care. The bottom right features the OhioHealth "Believe in We" logo and contact information, including a phone number ending in 4263, a website, and a social media handle.
Sports Physical - The second image is an informational document titled Sports Physical: Information to Know Before You Arrive. It uses a clean layout with dark blue headers and several paragraphs of text addressing frequently asked questions. The text explains that while primary care physicians are the best choice for physicals, these station-based exams are a free alternative provided by OhioHealth volunteers. It specifies that these screenings are for K-12 student athletes with "clean" medical histories and cautions that those with existing participation limitations, cardiac conditions, or recent COVID-19 should not attend. Key procedural details are emphasized throughout the text, such as the strict "no walk-ins" policy and the requirement for a parent or guardian to be present or provide fully signed paperwork. The document also lists the necessary components of the OHSAA physical packet that must be completed, including health history and eligibility statements. Similar to the first image, the bottom of the page includes the OhioHealth logo, website, and contact phone numbers.

Additionally, sixth-graders Caroline Candlish and Reese Vance-Adams were awarded certificates for their submissions to the inaugural Ohio Juried Exhibition of Student Art for the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis, marking the first year Ohio schools were invited to participate in this prestigious quadrennial event. Although their artwork was not chosen in this rigorous competition, each was provided with a certificate for their submission.
