Mrs. Treece's senior English classes just finished reading The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, which takes place during the Victorian Era. Some scenes are centered around tea time and mention items that the characters enjoy eating, such as cucumber sandwiches and muffins.
To celebrate finishing the last long piece of literature, Mrs. Treece hosts a tea party for her students, her favorite event of the year! Students are encouraged to use good manners as they enjoy treats together, along with classical music and polite conversation.

Congratulations Kendra!
