Tie for 9th grade:
Blake Wickline (9) Blake is always smiling and willing to help out. He sets a great example in class by asking insightful questions and working exceptionally hard.

Jace Towler (9) Jace is a silent leader who comes to class ready to learn with a positive attitude. He consistently submits his best work and makes the room an enjoyable place for his peers.

Tie for 10th grade:
Anthony Fields (10) Anthony is a high achiever and talented choir performer who always brings joy and laughter to class. Anthony participates consistently, learns quickly, and leads his peers with kindness.

Tyler Moore (10) Tyler is a friendly, hardworking young man who can fix anything at the drop of a hat. He is a true asset to the Westfall school community.

Tie for 11th grade:
Kaiden Adams (11) Kaiden is a respectful, hardworking student who consistently demonstrates dedication to his schoolwork.

Mariah Columbus (11) Mariah is always upbeat, positive, and brings a wonderful energy to the classroom.

Maryssa Rapp (11) Maryssa is one of the kindest students in our school. Maryssa is always smiling, willing to lend a helping hand, diligent with her schoolwork, and leads the student body as a cheerleader.

12th grade:
Malia Brownfield (12) Malia stands out for her great work ethic and the cheery attitude she brings to school every day.

The Be the Change Youth Rally, featuring Harry Miller, is coming to Ohio Christian University on Friday, November 6. This event is for SOPHOMORES ONLY. Interested sophomores should sign up in the HS front office starting Monday, October 26.

A black-and-white flyer from the Pickaway Addiction Action Coalition announces the Be the Change Youth Rally featuring Harry Miller, a former Division I collegiate athlete and mental health advocate. The event will take place Friday, November 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ohio Christian University, with lunch provided. This event is open to high school sophomores only. Our NHS students and advisor, Mrs. Grady, spent Community Action Day giving back by volunteering at the Derby Junior Garden Club! They cleared the flower beds and prepared them for winter. We are proud of our students for taking the time to make a positive impact in our community and helping keep our local spaces beautiful!

October is Youth Savings Month! To celebrate, our Mustangs Student Run Credit Union, with Atomic Credit Union, is hosting an art contest for grades K-12.

Theme: “Unleash your savings Superpowers!”

K-5th grade will design their very own superhero.
6th-12th grade will design a collage about what success means to them.

Winners in each grade category (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12) will receive a $25 gift card. Open to all students—no ACU membership required! Be sure to pick up your entry form at the Student-Run branch on Friday!

Westfall Middle and High School Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, October 8, and we'd love to meet with you! Parents can request a conference with a teacher by accessing their student's Google Classroom, calling the front office, or emailing the teacher directly.

This year, our buildings are teaming up to host an Operation Christmas Child donation drive now through Nov. 5! Donate toys, school supplies, hygiene items, toys, and accessories at your building's main offices, FFA, NHS, or Student Council classrooms. Help us make a difference!
