On Tuesday, the Westfall Fortnite teams finished 3rd and 6th overall for the day in Premier League 2.
Team Omega was led by Junior Gage Hoover, who had a 3rd Place finish in game one after his teammates had been eliminated.
Team Alpha finished first in the second game. Sophomores Landen Yang and Brendon Baird took out the final three teams without having any heals or materials to clinch the win.
Team Alpha is ranked 3rd in Premier League 2 and moved up to 9th from 10th overall in the state!

To ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families on icy roadways, Westfall Local Schools will be operating on a 2-hour delay today, Thursday, February 6, 2025. As a result, there will be NO AM Preschool this morning.


On Tuesday, the WHS eSports Smash Brothers team lost a close match to Steubenville that went to three sets. Sophomore Sam Poupart forced the third set near the end of the second.
The Varsity Fortnite teams placed 4th (Team Alpha) and 13th (Team Omega) in State Drop #2. Team Alpha, consisting of Brendon Baird, Landen Yang, and Jerrol Cox, is currently 3rd in Premier Region 2 and 10th in the state.

Tonight’s girls’ games against Piketon High School have been canceled due to a winter weather advisory currently in effect, with the potential for icy roadways. Makeup date is TBD.

Kane Carpenter (9) Kane is always polite and helpful. He is a personable student who is always willing to help others; he has helped Miss T in PE class and she was very appreciative!

Alden Grooms (11) Alden is a great student who always works hard, participates, and asks questions.
Anna Snyder (12) Anna is involved in different tasks throughout the school and sets a good example for her peers. She is polite, helpful, and kind.
