UPDATE: Frontier Communications has resolved the technical issues, and the phone lines at Westfall Local Schools are back up and running.

Open enrollment applications and guidelines for the 2023-2024 school year are now available on our district website at https://www.westfall.k12.oh.us/page/enrollment. Applications are now being accepted and must be returned to the district office by May 15, 2023, and must include two forms of proof of residency. A separate application must be filled out for each student applying for open enrollment. At this time, please mail your application(s) with your proofs of residency to: Westfall Local Schools Attn: Open Enrollment 19463 Pherson Pike Williamsport, OH 43164 Decisions on open enrollment acceptance will be made as quickly as possible after May 15, 2023, and families will be notified in a timely manner of their status for the 2023-2024 school year. WES Field Day is Thursday, May 25! Permission slips are going home next week with students. We are also excited to have parent volunteers this year! Please note: Parents are only permitted if volunteering at a station. If you wish to volunteer for any part of the day, please return the volunteer form that will also be sent home. We are looking forward to this fun day!

Prior to their performance last night, the 2nd-graders presented their music program, "Sun Wishes," to the elementary students and did a fantastic job! Kudos to Miss Wynkoop for organizing another successful show!

Westfall Elementary is hosting a pajama day in support of March of Dimes! Bring in $1 to wear your pajamas on Thursday, April 6.

The Pickaway County Educational Service Center (ESC), in partnership with parentguidance.org, is hosting a Zoom-based educational series led by licensed therapists on the 4th Tuesday of each month. April's meeting focuses on Substance Use & Vaping. Families can gain resources to ask the right questions, spot the basic signs, and learn to communicate with children about the dangers of substance use and vaping. All meetings are geared toward parents and caregivers to identify, understand, and positively impact their child's mental health needs.
