We're thrilled to announce that with the help of our generous donors – Westfall Education Foundation, WES Field of Dreams, and Atomic Credit Union – we have reached the halfway point of our fundraising goal for a Book Vending Machine at Westfall Elementary! The Book Vending Machine will be stocked with a variety of leveled books that cater to students' interests. Students will receive tokens earned as a reward for positive behavior or for reaching a reading goal, which are used to receive a free book! Interested in helping us reach our goal? GREAT NEWS! THE MOBILE DENTIST IS COMING BACK! Our school has again collaborated with Smile Programs, the Mobile Dentists, to offer in-school dental care. The Mobile Dentists will visit Westfall Elementary School February 12-14. During this visit, they will offer restorative treatment (i.e., cavity fillings, etc.) You can sign up for your child today at https://www.myschooldentist.com/32632_SCHSRM. Permission slips are also being sent home with students and must be completed and returned by February 2. Dental care includes a complete dental exam, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride, sealants when necessary, and sometimes restorative care such as fillings. WES Students... or Detectives? Westfall Elementary students have been puzzling out these clues to figure out these Masked Readers! Remember, you can only discover the true identities of these Masked Readers at Character Quest. Character Quest will be held at the Elementary on Wednesday, 1/24/24, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

You've all heard of 'The Masked Singer,' the singing show that asks: "Who is behind the mask?" Well, now, Westfall Elementary has 'The Masked Reader'! Teachers and staff donned masks (and voice filters) while reading their favorite books. Westfall CIA is hosting a Goodies with Grandfriends Open House event on Sunday, December 17, from 1:00-4:00PM at Westfall Elementary. This event is open to WES students & grandparents/or special adults of their choosing. The Secret Santa Shop will also be open during this event!

Miss Katie's AM & PM preschool dressed up as elves for the 12 Days of Christmas and were visited by WES Principal Mrs. Patterson, who created a Christmas craft with them.
