Westfall Middle School

WMS participated in “Operation Letters To Soldiers”. A traveling mailbox was placed outside the school where students and staff could place the letters that they wrote to be sent to soldiers all over the world. The students were asked to practice gratitude as well as kindness by sending cheer to men and women who are far from home. Some of the things that the students were asked to include in the letters were, keep things light and positive, show your appreciation, write about your life and be creative by drawing pictures. One student quoted, “All deserve to be thanked for their commitment and bravery!” Thank you to all who wrote letters in support of our military.
