We are a family and community-focused school here to support you and your child as they begin their educational journey. We look forward to you joining us in the fall as we educate, encourage, and empower the lives of children.
Planning is now underway for our next group of incoming Mustangs! If you have a child who will be five years of age on or before the first day of school, August 13, 2026, they are eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year. If your child is currently enrolled in Westfall's preschool program, you will still need to register your child for Kindergarten.
TO ENROLL:
To begin the enrollment process, please call the Westfall Elementary School Office at (740)986-4008 to schedule an appointment.
All parents must complete FinalForms at https://westfall-oh.finalforms.com. If your student is new to the district, select "New Account" when registering. If your child is currently enrolled at Westfall, you are required to sign in and update their student records in FinalForms.
Please complete this process prior to your scheduled appointment, and be sure you have completed forms for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please bring the following documentation to your scheduled appointment:

Mortgage Coupon or Lease Agreement
Bank statement
Pay stub
Proof of legal name
Must be original certificate of live birth
Proof of immunization
Proof of custody, if applicable
Parent photo identification

Passport or Government Issued ID
